Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store looks its best and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide superior customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
