Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and provide support during inventory counts
• Follow cash policies, company procedures, and ensure data confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age, ability to provide courteous customer service, operate a cash register, handle equipment, and maintain cleanliness. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
