Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment. By collaborating with your team members, you will enhance our customers' shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store.
• Assist customers and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
