Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and conduct inventory counts as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
