Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family in offering exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with the team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve operations.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of operating store equipment and maintaining standards.
• Ability to follow policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience desired.
