Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment like hand jacks and scrubbers
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Prior retail experience preferred
