Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a competitive starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
