Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with our dedicated team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in your role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Offer outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and effectively communicate with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and perform assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 to work at ALDI.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to handle merchandise, follow safety procedures, and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
