Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
