We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our fast-paced environment at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by maintaining the store's appearance, assisting with cashiering, stocking products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store environment.
• Stock shelves accurately and neatly with merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on inventory, product quality, and customer issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older for employment.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle merchandise safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
