Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the efficient operation of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior experience in a retail setting is advantageous
