Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and uphold company standards.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure data security, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
