Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, merchandising products, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
• Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and perform general cleaning duties
• Operate cash registers and follow cash handling procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
