Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. By working collaboratively with our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and basic store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
