Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operations
• Capable of operating store equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• High School Diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
