Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Collaboration with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service are key aspects of this role.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
