Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining our store's appearance. From stocking shelves to cashiering, you will be an integral part of creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI’s Mindsets and Professional Skills daily
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory and report any issues

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
