Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a key part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies for the role
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist in inventory management
• Adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience a plus
