Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
