Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for all visitors.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
