Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Assist in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Good communication skills and the capability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
