Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, responsible for various in-store operations such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. As a crucial part of the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills) standards
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support team collaboration
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in retail environment and cash register operations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent
