Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
