Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate cash registers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
