Store Team Member

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our Aldi family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and customers receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Type:

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, ensure data security, and perform assigned tasks

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and equipment
• Follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience a plus
