Job Description

Whole Foods Market is currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Storewide Team Members at various locations. As a Storewide Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work in departments such as Bakery, Customer Service, Grocery, Meat, Prepared Foods, Produce, Seafood, Specialty, and Whole Body.

Team Members provide support in customer service, stocking, and sanitation while ensuring a positive company image by offering courteous, friendly, and efficient service. Responsibilities include preparing, storing, rotating, stocking products, maintaining cleanliness, and following procedures for a well-stocked and organized department.

Desired Work Experience

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Performing opening, mid, and closing duties.
• Preparing, packaging, weighing, and pricing products.
• Ensuring product quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
• Maintaining clean and well-stocked cases and shelves.
• Providing excellent customer service and suggestive selling.
• Following procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, and merchandising.
• Compliance with established procedures and safety standards.
• Reporting safety hazards and violations promptly.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Standing/walking 6-8 hours per day.
