Job Description - Storewide Team Member

We are looking for passionate individuals to join the Whole Foods Market team as Storewide Team Members. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments such as Bakery, Customer Service, Grocery, Meat, Prepared Foods, Produce, Seafood, Specialty, and Whole Body. No prior retail experience is required as we provide training for all Team Members to ensure your success.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties assigned in your department.
• Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and ensure product quality and rotation.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold Whole Foods Market standards.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

• No prior retail experience required.
