Team Leader: Store 3087

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 3087 at Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with all JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations, or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training classes.
• Excellent interpersonal, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of personal computers and software applications.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, lift and carry items, operate a cash register, and take orders from guests.
