Team Leader: Store 7102

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to oversee the operations at Store 7102 of Jack in the Box. As the first-line supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience, uphold quality food standards, and comply with all company procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience at Jack in the Box with certifications in all workstations OR 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training classes.
• Effective communication skills in English; additional language proficiency may be required based on location.
• Basic math skills and computer literacy.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and operate restaurant equipment.
