Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to oversee the operations at Store 7103 for Jack in the Box. As the first-line supervisor, you will lead and train team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensure food quality, meet guest expectations, and maintain JIB standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6 months at JIB or 1 year supervisory experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be 18 years old, complete training classes, excellent communication skills, basic math proficiency, good organization, and a self-starter.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift weight, operate equipment, and engage with guests.
