Team Leader: Store 7139

As a Team Leader at Jack in the Box Store 7139, you will be the first-line operational supervisor responsible for training and leading team members to consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your role will involve ensuring great tasting/quality food, executing on 20/20 guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with all JIB procedures, systems, and standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6 consecutive months of JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old; completion of Team Leader training classes; and in some states, ServSafe certification may be required. Proficiency in English communication, with additional language proficiency based on the restaurant's location. Strong interpersonal, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Basic knowledge of personal computers and software applications is preferred. Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of the shift, move freely throughout the restaurant, lift and carry 15-25 lbs, take guest orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors.
