Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our store at Jack in the Box, Store 7171. As the operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience, from delivering great tasting food to maintaining our high standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year in a supervisory role in retail or restaurant customer service.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must complete Team Leader training classes, be at least 18 years old, and possess effective communication skills. Basic knowledge of computers, strong interpersonal skills, and integrity are essential.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, operate a cash register, and listen to guest orders.
