Team Leader: Store 7171

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our Jack in the Box store 7171 team. As the operational supervisor, you will lead and train team members to provide guests with an exceptional experience by ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of JIB experience, or 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service.
• Completion of Team Leader training classes and ServSafe certification where required.
• Effective communication skills in English, with additional language skills in some locations.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Physical capability to be on your feet for most of the shift, handle moderate weight, and operate equipment.
