Responsibilities
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
- Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned department.
- Maximize sales potential through effective merchandising.
- Follow established procedures and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards.
Requirements
- No prior retail experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
