Job Description
Genesis HealthCare, a leading provider of healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager - Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing center management team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective healthcare while maintaining positive clinical outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, and employee engagement. As a Unit Manager, you will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to provide safe nursing care, participate in patient goal-setting, mentor and educate staff, oversee medication management, and deliver direct patient care.
Position Highlights

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience with an Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma, or two (2) years with a BSN. Prior nurse leadership experience of at least one year. Current state licensure and BLS/CPR certification are mandatory.
