Job Description

We are seeking a Vice President, Late Development Team Lead in Oncology to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on transforming the lives of patients through innovative medicines. Reporting to senior management, the VP, Late Development Team Lead will play a pivotal role in guiding the late product lifecycle of oncology products. The position requires strategic leadership in integrating scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial elements to drive product success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee one or more cross-functional Late Development Teams.
• Develop and execute global product strategies from proof of concept to approval.
• Optimize product value by balancing risks, timelines, and costs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on development strategies.
• Mentor team members and provide strategic guidance for effective decision-making.

Requirements

• 15+ years of global drug development experience in pharma/biotech.
• Proven track record in leading late-stage drug development programs.
• Experience in oncology drug development and regulatory submissions.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
