Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a VP, Late Development Team Lead for their Oncology division. This critical role involves leading the Late Development Team in establishing and executing global product strategies for late-stage drug development projects. The VP provides strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the progression of products from proof of concept to approval.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Late Development Teams from proof of concept to approval.
• Establish product vision and strategy in collaboration with matrix teams.
• Identify global development opportunities balancing risk and value.
• Develop Integrated Product Development Plans and oversee regulatory filings.
• Provide guidance to functional matrix teams and activities.
• Mentor team members and set clear expectations for roles and responsibilities.
• Align organization to execute product strategy and coordinate activities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of global multi-disciplinary drug development experience.
• Proven experience in late-phase Oncology drug development and regulatory submissions.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering results.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
