Warehouse Operations Intern Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Intern to join our team at Aldi. This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in warehouse operations, providing insight into the fast-growing grocery retail industry. Successful completion may lead to full-time employment post-graduation.

Position Type

• Full-Time, 40 hours per week / 10-week program

Wage

$28.00 per hour + eligibility for overtime

Duties and Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge and understanding of warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and assist with administrative tasks.
• Present on an area of warehouse operations to ALDI executives.
• Support Inventory Control Team and improve warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated initiative and adaptability.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Continuous standing and movement throughout the warehouse.
