Wound Care Coordinator - RN

Join our team at Clovis Healthcare and Rehab as a Wound Care Coordinator - RN. In this role, you will lead and integrate a comprehensive Skin Health and Wound management program, oversee durable medical equipment, and support central supply as the clinical expert for skin, wound, and incontinent products.

Position Highlights

• Integrate and lead a patient-centered team approach for skin health and wound care.
• Collaborate with nursing center management to develop and implement a successful program.

Requirements

• Must possess an RN license.
• Completion of Skin Health Team Lead orientation training and Wound Basics within 90 days of hire.
• National accredited wound certification or commitment to complete within 1 year of hire.
• Experience in clinical charting, incident reporting, and team building.
• Strong knowledge of acceptable standards of care and wound management guidelines.
